I love ginger beer. I always have, and it is quite likely that I always will. And until now, I'd been buying Bundaberg ginger beer, on account of it is simply the very best ginger beer that money can buy. In the United States of America, however, it takes significantly more money to buy that ginger beer than it did at home in Australia. What a dilemma...
Not wanting to part with good quality ginger beer, nor my money, I'm going to try to brew some (non-alcoholic) ginger beer. I'm not sure how it will turn out, I'm using a mish-mash of recipes I found on the internet. None of them appears to have instructions that I would call conclusive... so I feel like this will be a fair bit of trial and error....
